Join the Kankakee Police Department for their 3rd Annual “Drive Thru” Trunk or Treat this year! The event will be on Friday, October 30th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the City of Kankakee Police Department in the North parking lot. This event will follow social distancing guidelines
