Louis Walker, Jr. lived on Spinning Wheel Road in Pembroke Township when he started drawing at age 8. As a young adult he lived in south Chicago and created geometric and colorful and symbolic pieces from his thoughts and dreams which has been termed “Outsider Art”. He now living in Momence Meadows Nursing Center 70% disabled from an motor vehicle accident. Recently a piece sold for $950. 10% of sales will go to Prairie State Legal Services office in Kankakee.
