Kankakee County Unity Community Festival

The Kankakee County Unity Community Festival is a free, family-friendly community event created to bring people together through unity, hope, healing, and connection. Hosted by Nancy’s Place of Paradise, Inc. in partnership with Kankakee Forgives, this festival is designed to connect individuals and families with valuable community resources while celebrating the strength and diversity of Kankakee County.

Attendees will enjoy resource organizations, local vendors, live entertainment, inspirational speakers, community giveaways, food, family activities, games, and opportunities to connect with local businesses, churches, nonprofits, and service agencies. The festival is open to people of all ages and backgrounds and encourages collaboration among organizations committed to strengthening our community.

Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where families can access resources, build relationships, support local businesses, discover community services, and experience a day filled with encouragement, unity, and positive engagement.
