Event Description

My Piece in the Puzzle is a six-session course which equips participants with resources and skills to promote racial equity and healing. It is hosted by Project SUN, the YWCA Kankakee, and The Grow Center.

It begins on Wednesday April 10, 2024 and runs through Wednesday May May 15, 2024. Each week’s session is two hours long and includes presentations and discussion time.

Doors open at 5:30 for the provided meal.

Please make sure to register for each night you’ll be there to eat so we can have a good count for the number of meals to provide.
