Goals for the Kankakee Fire Department
- Improve the service provided by the Kankakee Fire Department to the citizens
- Improve Public Safety Education for the citizens of Kankakee
- Develop a leadership program for the officers of the Kankakee Fire Department
- Continue to improve the safety and training for the members of the Kankakee Fire Department
- Improve community relationships through Public Education and Public Relation events
- Improve efforts to hire residents through use of Explorer / Cadet and Community outreach programs
