The winner of the Chocolate Covered Anything contest between the City of Kankakee Departments is the Kankakee Fire Department. Chief Schuldt's wife Gayle laid out an entire spread of chocolate covered anything. This ranged from chocolate covered bacon, sausage, ruffles potato chips, fresh fruit, and cookies. She also had truffles and a special treat for Mayor Wells-Armstrong.
