Problem: RECYCLING CONTAMINATION is the city's biggest challenge. This occurs when the wrong items are mixed in the recycle bin. Also, when the right recyclable items are prepared wrong and then placed in the recycle bin. There is a low percentage of residents recycling right. Meanwhile, natural resources are being depleted and landfills are being filled at an increasing rate.
