RESTORE ILLINOIS PHASE 3: Governor Pritzker recently announced new guidelines for businesses as the state of Illinois is on track to move into Phase Three (Recovery Phase) by the end of this week. Many businesses including salons, barber shops, tattoo shops, retail, health/fitness clubs, manufacturing, summer programs, restaurants to conduct outdoor dining and more will be allowed to reopen their doors.
