Kankakee, IL – Mayor Wells-Armstrong’s Third Annual Phenomenal Woman Awards is set to broadcast live on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The event was rescheduled from its original date on August 11, 2020 due to severe storms and power outages.

This year’s phenomenal women are:

5. Billie Burrell

6. Dr. Yvette Rose

7. Ana Kasal

“Our honorees this year include women who have humbly dedicated their efforts to enhancing our community. They carry the torch as they continue to make a significant impact. It is my honor to recognize these women and feature their contributions every year while in this administration,” said Mayor Wells-Armstrong.
