Kankakee, IL – From the Kankakee Police Department, there is probable cause to arrest Dontre K. Hodges (DOB 9-5-2000, 5’08” tall and 170 lbs), for Aggravated Battery with a Firearm.

This is in relation to a shooting incident that occurred on 4-22-21 around 5:00 pm on the 1700 block of East Court St. in Kankakee. His last known address is 2770 Cranbrook in Kankakee. He also has recent addresses in Buckingham, Ashkum and Momence.

If his whereabouts are known, please call the KanComm police dispatch center at 815-933-3321. Detective Sergeant Hunter and Detective Andersen will be notified. Hodges is considered to be armed and dangerous.
