Merchant Street is so excited to have Jake Vaughn at Merchant Street Music Festival.

Born and bred right here in Kankakee, Jake Vaughn keeps busy throughout the Kankakee County area as a drummer, singer/songwriter, and guitarist, entertaining audiences with original work and crowd-pleasing covers. Recently nominated for a Kankakee Reader’s Choice Award, he took 3rd place as an acoustic artist. Jake takes your favorite reggae, country, rock, and pop songs and puts his unique twist on them. Attending one of his live shows will take you from the streets of Nashville to the beaches of Jamaica and right into the heart of Chicago.
