Event Description

The City of Kankakee Police Department is accepting applications for the Hispanic Citizens Police Academy. Classes are held at the City of Kankakee Police Department on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6 p.m. Classes will be completely in Spanish and will begin on October 23, 2024 and continue for 8 weeks.

Interested applicants must complete an application and submit to a background check. They must be at least 18 years of age, have no felony convictions and live in Kankakee County.
