At about 1:50 PM on December 4, 2020, officers responded to a report of shots fired on the 1300 block of West Station Street. Upon arrival, officers located a 32-year-old male with gunshot wounds in a parked vehicle. The male, Patrick Chism of Bourbonnais, was transported to a local hospital where he subsequently died from his wounds.
