Kankakee, IL – With holiday festivities rapidly approaching, the Kankakee Police Department announced that it will participate in a national enforcement campaign to crack down on impaired and unbuckled drivers from December 16, 2019 through January 2, 2020.
On December 15, 2019 the Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Kankakee Police Department and other police agencies will host the 28th annual “Shop with a Cop.” More than 74 officers will be participating this year, including 10 officers from the City of Kankakee.
